Food - Worksheet

I've created this Worksheet for my 1st grade classes. My aims are to make the kids learn some vocabulary but also to make them think if what they like eating is actually healthy.

I would say it is a two in one activity.

Little appleseed - arts and crafts

This was the final product of "Little appleseed's story"

Each student coloured and cut a small caterpiller "which was very hungry and liked apples very much".

Today I was teaching the expressions "I Like ..." and "I don't like..." I used the big apple to show the students how to say " I like apples"

This week I've introduced the topic: "food". To do this, I used a story from "the teachers magazine". The story is called little appleseed and it was a big success among my younger students.
