Fall Language Fun!

Whether we like to admit or not, fall is around the corner and summer is old news.  It is sad, but there are tons of great themes to use!  Football, leaves, apples, squirrels, and more!  I found adorable clip art from ScrappinDoodles that I knew would be perfect for this great seasonal theme.

What does this activity pack include?  It includes preposition cards that also work on responding to "where" questions.  Students can locate the named fall item and express where it is located.  Concepts addressed: "between," "under," "over," and "next to."  You can use these cards with any motivating game or activity.
Yes/No Question Cards:  This fun card game words on responding to yes/no questions.  Students draw a card from a pile or in a bag.  They can read it or you can read it to them.  When they respond correctly (because they will, with your assistance or without) they can hold onto their card.  If they draw "You're nuts" card, they must give back their cards!  Student with the most cards at the end wins!
How would you feel if...? This activity works on emotions and understanding the scenarios that cause those feelings.  I provided emotion cards that can be used as visuals or for sorting.  Students must recognize which emotion matches the situation.

Open-ended board game: You can use this board game with the activities provided or with any other desired activities.  This can turn any skill-based activity into a fall themed activity!  All you need to do is print and laminate, grab game pieces, and a dice/spinner.  Help the squirrel gather the acorns and bring them to the wagon!  Game too short?  Use a dice that only goes up to 3 (most Super Duper games come with them!).  Don't have that kind of dice?  Don't use one!  Student must respond to a question/task before moving to the next acorn.
